Project Management.

Keeping the chaos organized and actually shipping on time.

Execution is everything. Over the years, I've run over 25 Minecraft servers, and each time I learned something new about managing communities and handling technical disasters. I also ran two Minecraft development agencies that brought in hundreds of dollars in revenue, and across all my ventures combined, we've managed to scale that into the thousands. It's not about the money; it's just proof that we can build things people actually want to pay for.

Today, I heavily rely on building some of the most revolutionary and new-gen projects. Whether I'm steering a dev sprint at Infranext or managing a content engine for TubeForge, I'm obsessed with momentum. The reality is that I've built my agencies to run mostly on their own, allowing me to step back from the day-to-day. I still dive into a few solid coding sessions every week, but I'm always open to exploring high-impact partnerships and co-founder roles.
